Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used products. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
If you receive your products damaged and/or are missing any products in your order, please be sure to email glotrea.s@gmail.com within 7-10 days of delivery.
Human error occurs! If you received the wrong item(s), please email us and we'll make it right!
Once your order has been marked as 'shipped,' we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address or order.

At Glo-Trea we aim to deliver your order in a timely fashion. We dispatch twice a week at present via Royal Mail.
We guarantee the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, we will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'.
If your package is returned to us for various reasons, we will contact you to set up a re-delivery. Additional shipping & handling costs may be applied.
If your package has been marked 'DELIVERED,' but you have yet to receive it, please email us at glotrea.s@gmail.com.

We have a flat shipping rate of £5.00 at present.
The recipient of the package must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees from the respective countries. All additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
